Frequently Asked Questions (F.A.Q.)

What is The Lord?
The Lord is a multiplayer online role-playing web strategy game (MMORPG). In The Lord you play as a wizard at the head of your kingdom; your goal is to fight other wizards, learn new magic, purchase heroes and artifacts, and become number one in all of Terra.
What is an MMORPG?
MMORPG stands for "massively multiplayer online role-playing game". In an MMORPG, hundreds of wizards coexist in the same world at the same time. This creates an amazing interactive environment where exciting things happen every second, providing thousands of hours of gameplay where the objectives are varied and fun is guaranteed.
What does it mean that The Lord is a Beta version?
It means that the game is not finished yet and is constantly evolving, implementing new features and optimizations continuously.
How much does it cost to play The Lord?
The game is completely free.
What do I need to play The Lord? Do I need to download any software?
All you need to play The Lord is a web browser. You do not need to download or install any external software or applications.
Are there different servers and how do they differ?
There are different servers because at The Lord we want everyone to play: from those who can dedicate little time to those who play many hours; those who prefer a quiet game and those who enjoy maximum action. You can find the differences between each server detailed in the "Features" section.
Who plays The Lord?
The Lord community is huge and includes players from all corners of the world.
In what languages is it available?
It is currently available in Spanish and English, and Korean translation will be added soon.
How many wizards can I have?
You are allowed to have exactly 1 (one) wizard per server per person.
What happens if I have more than 1 wizard per server?
At The Lord we are completely in favor of fair play. That is why we have a Council that is in charge of investigating any wizard who breaks the rules. If multi-accounting or infractions are detected, the punishment is the permanent deletion of all wizards belonging to that person.
What is the Council?
It is a committee of veteran and experienced wizards who have special tools to monitor, detect, and sanction wizards who violate the established rules.
How do I contact the Council in case of suspected cheating?
Contact is made directly and privately through the "Council" link located in the main menu inside your wizard's account.
Are insults allowed? What do I do if someone insults me?
No, under no circumstances are insults allowed. We want to maintain a friendly, competitive, and healthy environment for everyone. If you experience any disrespect, send us a detailed report through the Council contact link.
When will I be informed of the result of an investigation?
Due to security and privacy reasons, the Council is not obliged to reveal the identity of its members or to communicate individual investigation results. However, rest assured that sanctions are applied firmly to maintain justice in Terra.
How do I communicate with other players?
You can interact, coordinate alliances, and discuss with the community by entering the official Forum through the "Forum" link.
If I find a bug or have an idea, where do I post it?
In the official Forums, we have sections dedicated specifically to reporting bugs and development suggestions, where you can interact directly with administrators and other players.
What is the "Vote for The Lord" link?
It is a link that allows you to vote for The Lord on external game ranking websites. By creating an account on these platforms, you can cast your vote once a day to help our community grow.
What are magic colors and which one is the best?
Colors represent the elemental specialization of each wizard's kingdom (there are 5 types of magic in total). The game is designed to be balanced, so there is no single best magic color: each offers unique advantages, disadvantages, exclusive units, and specific spells.
